What is Coaching?
I am not a licensed Therapist; I am a trained coach. In a coaching relationship, we will meet (by phone or in person) at times that suit you--weekly, bi-weekly, you choose. Sessions will be geared towards your challenges, and we will work together to create solutions to move you in the right direction. I will partner with you to realize what resources you already have.
